We assist you (who should know your business best) to formulate a plan that takes you from where you are now to where you want to be. We operate from a vast experience base (probably seen similar issues before), a sound methodological framework (stick to the process), act as an objective outsider (we test your assumptions) and help make it happen (push the outcomes and timeframes).

The issues noted above are valid for either a project plan or an organizational/ department strategic plan. Two very critical steps though are:

Testing the starting assumption base (in mountaineering terms – “base camp just mightn’t be base camp!”); and
Ensuring the end (strategic) goal is realistic and achievable (for instance one major client had a realistic strategic goal but on analysis did not have the senior executive “horsepower” to deliver).
