Como Consulting offers services in two broad areas:
1) Strategic Positioning; and
2) Implementation Considerations.
A well thought out plan is a fundamental element of success. The old saying “failing to plan is planning to fail” is often so true. Even a previously well developed plan can often need revisiting. One assumption that has changed can alter direction significantly e.g. foreign exchange rates.
Como utilizes a simple, straight forward planning approach that has been refined over 15 years. Their robust methodology has been utilized by a vast array of organizations and has been continuously refined to meet differing needs. Our core premise is that no two organizations are the same and we do not have a “solution looking for a problem” approach. Whereas the planning steps are very similar, the particular solution emphasis may be very different e.g. rapid growth, change management, leadership / people development, cost turnaround. A further component of our approach is the use of a methodology and methodological instruments/tools that remain with the client organization. Our major goal is to assist you to achieve outstanding results, yet keep the approach for yourself for the future.
